Rooted in the High Desert

High Desert Coffee Company began as a passion project — two friends who believed that a town of 5,000 deserved a coffee experience that rivaled Portland's finest. What started as a weekend pop-up at the Lakeview farmers market became a permanent gathering place on North G Street.

We source our beans from small farms in Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Colombia, roast them in small batches, and pair every cup with something from our oven. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just honest coffee made the way it should be.
